The other mentor for me in this area has been Hans Burki and in some of Ohtawa&#039;s reflections that I am reproducing on this site, they arose from retreats that Hans ran in Switzerland. And of course through them I came to know Nouwen&#039;s books as well.

Yes, the discipline of listening, reflection and journaling is such an important discipline in our walk with our Lord and I do hope that people may be blessed in using the resources on this site.]]></description>

In more recent time for the last eight years, going for five days of silent retreats of Ignatius spirituality in Jesuit silent retreat centers  has helped me further in my journey into listening, reflection and journaling.]]></description>
